Do you offer a new-client discount?
Yes — first-time guests receive 15% off any single hair or facial service. Mention it when booking and we’ll apply it at checkout.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the reserved service. A card is held on file to secure color, extension, and package appointments.
How do I prepare for a Hydrafacial or dermaplaning?
Stop retinols and exfoliating acids 3–5 days before. Avoid waxing, lasers, and heavy sun exposure the week prior. Come with a clean face if you can — we’ll take it from there.
Do I need a consultation before color or smoothing?
For balayage, color corrections, extensions, and Brazilian Blowout we recommend a free 15-minute consultation. A strand test and allergy patch test may be required 48 hours before.
Are your estheticians licensed?
Every stylist and esthetician on our team holds a current Texas cosmetology or esthetician license issued by TDLR, and completes ongoing advanced education each year.
Do you sell gift cards?
Absolutely. Digital gift cards are delivered instantly by email and physical cards can be picked up at the front desk. They never expire.
